Jerusalem 94 is a new residential building in the vibrant and ever-evolving Yaffo neighborhood of Tel Aviv, an area long associated with artists, makers, and a thriving creative community. The apartments are conceived as contemporary lofts, celebrating the raw character of the architecture through exposed concrete ceilings and honest materials. Refined finishes, custom details, and carefully considered furnishings create a dialogue between the rough and the sophisticated, giving each space a distinctive, understated character.
